WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE ANNUAL PLANNING PROCESS OF THE TRANSMISSION FOR 2019, THE NATIONAL ENERGY COMMISSION CALLS ON ALL INTERESTED PARTIES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE STAGE OF PRESENTATION OF PROPOSALS FOR EXPANSION PROJECTS OF THE TRANSMISSION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROPOSAL OF THE ARTICLE 91 ° OF THE GENERAL LAW OF ELECTRICAL SERVICES.
In accordance with what is stated in article 91 of the General Law of Electric Services, and in Exempt Resolution No. 18, of January 10, 2017, of the National Energy Commission, and its subsequent amendments, which “establishes standards procedural strictly necessary for the annual transmission planning process to be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 20.936 “, the National Energy Commission calls for the submission of proposals for expansion projects of the transmission corresponding to the calendar year 2019.
Proposals may be submitted from Friday, February 22 to Monday, April 22 of this year, at the offices of this Commission, located at Av. Libertador Bernardo O’Higgins 1449, Tower IV, 13th floor, Santiago Downtown Building , Santiago, Chile, and through the email plandeexpansion2019@cne.cl [1].
The proposals must comply with the minimum requirements established in article 4 of Exempt Resolution No. 18 and in the document “Minimum Project Description”, which is available on the electronic domain site of the National Energy Commission, www. .cne.cl, under the section “Transmission Expansion”, “Year 2019”.
